How do I find out about the style, fit or fabric of a specific item?

You can just search for the type of dress you are looking for. Moreover, you can use the filters to sort your desired results.

What does Semi-Stitched dress/material means?

Semi-stitched dress means a dress that is half stitched, and the other half is kept open/ stitch free. It is mostly stitched from above and the lower part is kept non stitched so that you can also stitch it according to your measurement. When you place an order, you get the option to either order an unstitched, semi-stitched or a fully stitched item.

Ordering & Tracking

Do I receive confirmation once I have placed an order?

Yes, you receive an email confirmation along with the estimated details of the delivery.

What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?

At the time of placing an order, it will be mentioned from our side whether the item is in stock or not. If you find the item in stock, you can place the order. However, if we find the item unavailable at our warehouse due to any reason, you can either choose from our other items or get the full refund.

What are your delivery charges?

The orders above 149 Pounds or 200 American Dollars are eligible for free delivery from Appelle Fashion.

How long does it take to deliver?

The delivery of your product/s depends on the type of dress you have ordered. If you have ordered a ready to ship (unstitched) dress, it will be dispatched within 2 days however a ready size or custom tailored could take upto 10 days to deliver at your doorstep.

What happens if I am unavailable to accept the delivery of my order?

Our delivery agent will contact you in case of your unavailability at the delivery address. In some cases, on your request they can put the parcel at your doorstep.

What if I don't receive my parcel?

At the time of delivery, the customer signs the Proof of Delivery to the delivery person for acknowledgement to all the parties involved in the process. If any dispute arises regarding non receipt of your delivery, we are always here to resolve your issues and deliver the best possible service.

How to return an item I ordered?

In case you are not satisfied with the delivered product, you can get a full replacement or 100% amount back as store credit for future orders or a full refund in your bank account. Your peace of mind really matters to us thus we give all the best possible options available.

When do I get a refund once I have returned an Item?

In case you choose for store credit when there is a return or exchange situation, you get the store credit instantly. However, refunds in bank accounts can take upto 7 working days.
